We are happy to say Sue turned out to be everything and more than we ever expected. She was extremely professional and diligent in her approach toward myself and wife as we were attempting to purchase a 2nd home in Florida. Sue & I found are dream home in Merritt Island and we believe Sue Backiel was the reason we were able to purchase it. The sale was very difficult to complete due to the banks and sellers demands but Sue was with us the whole way providing invaluable advice and information. Her timing and intuition were beyond compare. She provided professionalism and timely advice which kept the sale alive and allowed us to work thru the banks and sellers demands. This was the 3rd home we have purchased and I wish Sue had been our realtor for the first two. It makes a big difference when you find someone who loves what she does and always puts your interest first. My wife & I have worked with many realtors throughout our life but Sue Backiel is in league by herself. We are honored to call her our friend; she was extremely patient and provided all the time, energy and wisdom, knowledge we needed to make a great decision.
